Qyvon, the Blue Tournament Champion, is a retired champion who now lives in the Spire of Winter. He possesses the Ability Hailstorm, which allows him to freeze enemies and delay their actions. Qyvon will be available starting September 28th and will have a 10x modifier in Tournaments and Dragon Strike initially, tapering down to 5x for the Legendary version.
